Las Vegas, NV, January 8, 2007 -- HANNspree California, Inc.,
a company renowned for its unique, high-quality design-centric consumer
electronics products, is introducing a distinctive new line of IT
monitors at CES 2007, the Xm Series. This unique line gives computer
users an attractive new alternative to conventional PC display solutions.
Each of the nine new Active Matrix LCD monitors in the Xm Series
features the individualistic styling and 360-degree design approach
that sets HANNspree apart from all other display manufacturers.
HANNspree will be exhibiting its Xm Series as well as its other
exciting CES product introductions in the Capital Ballroom of the
Renaissance Hotel, seconds from the South Hall entrance.
Each new HANNspree Xm Series monitor takes a different approach
to “breaking the mold” in traditional computer display
design. The sophisticated 19” Widescreen HANNSnew.york, for
instance, with its post-modern industrial cosmetic, sturdy brushed
aluminum stand and overall “art techno” styling, is
the perfect complement for the most elegant interior décor.
For a more traditional style, HANNSboston boasts a wood-grain cosmetic
and straightforward functional styling that embodies good taste
and refinement. HANNSslamma is a graceful departure from all previous
monitor designs, featuring a unique metal-ring stand and asymmetrical
arc arm that brings an unprecedented sense of action to any desk
or tabletop. The soft contours of HANNSglaze, an LCD screen set
in gently rounded translucent white and blue silicon rubber, reflect
an aesthetic connection with nature.
Sports fans will be able to celebrate their favorite games with
Xm Series models like HANNSbaseball, a high-performance active matrix
LCD screen wrapped in the authentic real leather and genuine red
stitching of an official baseball, as well as HANNsoccer and HANNSbasketball,
which resemble soccer and basket balls, respectively.
Like all HANNspree products, the new Xm Series monitors utilize
the highest quality build materials, as well as many of today’s
most advanced display technologies, offering WXGA+ resolution up
to 1440 x 900 (in the widescreen models), as well as astounding
clear images, brightness levels up to 350 cd/m² and response
times up to 5ms. Most models feature advanced cable management and
mounting options for total convenience and user flexibility, and
all feature at least 150-degree/135-degree viewing angles. For total
flexibility and utility, all feature digital/analog PC inputs (DVI/D-Sub
15 pin) and user-selectable color temperature settings.
Noted HANNspree’s Vice President, Marketing and Product Planning
Michael Amkreutz: “As the PC continues to emerge as the centerpiece
of both work-related activities and increasingly home entertainment
as well, HANNspree recognized the need for advanced monitors that
let people express their personalities and passions. By offering
our Xm Series of uniquely styled IT monitors with a broad range
of stylistic and aesthetic options, we’re helping to spread
the HANNspree message from the entertainment to the PC arenas, and
