Robert Osborne, author of the Academy’s new book "80
Years of the Oscar: The Official History of the Academy
Awards,” made a special appearance last Monday in
New York City to give interviews and sign copies of his
newly released book in celebration of the 81st Annual Academy
Awards.
In addition to “80 Years of the
Oscar,” Robert has been the Academy’s official
Red Carpet Greeter for the last 4 years, and is the popular
host of Turner Classic Movies and a columnist for The Hollywood
Reporter.
